All products sold through Avalon Guides are digital downloads (PDF ebooks). Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased ebook(s). Downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been generated. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact our support team.
3. License
Purchasing an ebook grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the content for your own personal reference. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased ebooks with third parties.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
5. Content Accuracy
While we strive to keep our guides accurate and up to date, game mechanics and meta may change over time. We do not guarantee that all strategies will remain effective after game updates.
